My sincere thanks to Gator Woman of Walking With the Alligators for nominating me for this award.
Walking With the Alligators is a wonderful blog on my favorite topic: Endangered animals. She does a thorough job not only discussing the species, but giving useful information on how to help – something each one of us can do in one way or another. Whether it be something as simple as recycling, educating each other on animal news, or getting involved through volunteer work-we CAN all make a difference.
In each and every post I do, I hope somehow I AM making a difference. We cannot always see the ripples in the pond we make, but must have faith that they’re there.
“Never doubt that a small group of thoughtful, committed people can change the world; indeed it’s the only thing that ever has.” -Margaret Mead
Thank you for reading and following.
1-If you could create your planet what would it look like?
Our planet would have a plethora of trees, untainted oceans and rivers, far less humans, and completely peaceful human to animal contact. Of course there would be plenty of rhinos as well 😉
2-If you could visit one nation you have never visited before, what nation would that be?
Kenya-hands down-although that dream is coming true within a few months.
3-Have you ever taken a long distance train trip?
4-What is something you would collectively change about humanity?
5-What is your favorite song?
I love R&B and my “favorite” is always changing. My current is probably “Thinkin About You” by Frank Ocean.
6-If you could meet one person who is still alive who would you choose to meet?
Jane Goodall or almost anyone who means so much to the conservation of animal species.
7-If you could choose one symbol to represent you, what would that symbol be and why?
A rhino (for obvious reasons)
